ExtruPro™

ExtruPro™ is a blend of full fat rapeseed and field beans produced by an extrusion process. It was originally developed and patented by Favor Parker Ltd in the late 1980’s and is now manufactured by 2Agriculture in a dedicated plant at Chettisham in Cambridgeshire.

ExtruPro™ is an excellent and highly digestible source of both energy and protein suitable for use in a wide range of animal feeds. It is particularly valuable in broiler feeds and has gained wide acceptance in this role across the UK feed industry over a period of many years.

Using almost exclusively home grown materials, ExtruPro™ can also significantly reduce reliance on imported proteins and oils. This reduction in use of soyabean meal also brings technical benefits to broiler diets, especially in terms of improved litter quality within the growing facilities and final bird quality.
