FranceAgrimer rated French Soft Wheat crops as 75% good / excellent down 1 point from 76% the week prior.  Maize plantings seen all but complete at 99% and the first quality rating for Maize was put at 86% was in good / excellent condition.

US expecting cold and wet weather which is providing support to the soybean market amid expectations of a possible delay in plantings.
