Futures Close Report 25th April 2018

IGC have cut forecast for Arg production of Soybeans to 38 million tonnes.   The IGC had forecast Argentina would produce 43 million tonnes in its last report on 22nd March, while the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s most recent forecast is 40 million.

US wheat markets supported by short covering as concerns for US winter wheat yields increasing due to adverse weather / growing conditions – lack of moisture across US Southern plains region – CBOT market hit a 7 week high.
