Markets trading on limited fresh news – Arg weather situation remains a concern, particularly with the short position held by funds.  Dry weather set to continue in the forward forecast.

Ukraine’s grain exports fell by around 9 percent to 23.9 million tonnes in the first seven months of the 2017/18 season, The volume included 12.2 million tonnes of wheat, 7.7 million tonnes of maize and 3.9 million tonnes of barley, according to a statement released by the Ag ministry.  Full season forecast seen at 41 million tonnes – down 3 mt on last year.
