Ukraine have ruled out any exports of grain via Belarus to the Baltic which had been offered by Putin.

US corn planting reported at 98% complete and rated 73% good / excellent.  Better than market expectations for 68% g/e.  For soybeans, plant progress put at 78% complete up from 66% last week.
