Futures Close 07/07/22

EU cereals harvest progress bringing into focus some of the yields particularly in southern Europe (Spain / Italy)  which are circa 20-30% below the mean due to impact of high temperatures.  Northern Europe is expected to fair better.

India have announced export controls on wheat flour effective 12th July where traders must seek government permission prior to export – this is in addition the already effective wheat export restriction.
