Comments made by Putin this morning, regarding restricting destinations for Ukraine grain exports, the claim being that too much of Ukraine’s exports in the current deal has come towards the EU.  Comments made by several ministers in Russian govt over the last 24 hours indicate that it is unhappy with the terms of the current deal.

US crop ratings unchanged week on week.  54% of the US corn crop and 57% of the soybean in good to excellent condition.
