Futures Close Report 11th May

US soybean planting reported 38% complete – slightly behind expected pace.  With corn planting reported 67% complete, again slightly behind expected pace, but both were well in advance of the 5 year average.  Winter wheat reported as 53% good / excellent condition slightly down on the previous week.
