Futures Close Report 13th June

US Markets remain firm as poor planting weather continues to blight sentiment.  Continued rain across the US Midwest is now thought likely to prevent Soybeans being planted,  further reducing production estimates.

It’s reported that Chinese trade buyers are seeking to roll some 2 million tonnes of Soybean purchases from the US from July into August.  Further rolls beyond August would be problematic for the US as harvest occurs in September.
