Futures Close Report 14/09/21

Stats Canada latest production numbers adding bullish tone to UK OSR values production set at  circa 12.8 million tonnes – 2mt down on previous estimate and the lowest for 13 years  due to the impact of drought.  Canada spring wheat production (normally export quality for milling) was put at 15.3 million tonnes down 41% on last year and the lowest for 14 years.
