Futures Close Report 17th July

Weather concerns as dry conditions persist across large tracts of EU, stoking yield loss fears continues to be supportive to wheat markets.  Russia, the world’s biggest exporter, is also on track for lower production following a record crop last year.

China’s summer grain output fell 2.2 percent to 138.72 million tonnes in 2018, according to figures released by the National Bureau of Statistics.
