Informa:

• Lowered forecast for US 2018 soybean plantings to 91.1 million acres down from previous 91.3 million acres – still a record high.
• For corn put plantings forecast for 89.1 million acres down from last month figure of 89.6 million acres

European wheat prices edged lower on Tuesday, pressured both by weak U.S. markets and a strong euro which makes French and German wheat less competitive on dollar-based world export markets.
