US Quality Wheat Council are reporting good yields for Kansas winter wheat on the first day of a 3 day annual crop tour.   Albeit that grains are delayed in maturity owing to the cold weather conditions that are also delaying spring plantings.  Average yields so far reported in excess of the 5 year mean average..
