Futures Close Report: 6th December 2017
Stats Canada put OSR (canola) production for Canada at 21.3 million tonnes up 8% from previous estimate. The all-wheat harvest was seen at 30 million tonnes exceeding Statscan’s previous estimate by 10.5%
Concerns over dry conditions in Arg continue to dominate – soymeal markets have checked their rise on the overnights but forward weather forecasts will be critical over the next 3 weeks as planting window closes.
