Futures Close Report 14th Feb

China has been cancelling purchase of US soybeans which has been putting pressure on US markets.  This normally occurs as South American harvest advances.   There is also a closing window of opportunity for the US / China trade discussions to have any impact before the tit for tat imposition of further punitive tariffs if they fail to reach a negotiated settlement.
