China is continuing to escalate its trade dispute with Canada by placing restrictions on a third canola exporter citing issues with quality, views are this is less about quality of product and more to do with Canada and their possible extradition to the USA of a Chinese tech company CFO.  Canadian planting intentions for Canola (a variety of Oilseed Rape) could reduce by up to 10% as  result.  Canada / China trade accounts for approx. 40% of Canadian canola production.
