Futures Close Report 3rd April 2019

IEG Vantage (formerly Informa) estimate for Brazil Crops as follows:  2018/19 corn harvest forecast at  94.5 million tonnes, up 500,000 tonnes from its previous figure, and e Brazil’s soybean crop forecast at 114.5 million tonnes.

US markets continue draw concerns over planting delays caused by the wet conditions across the mid west.  Rumours also continue regarding the US / China trade talks, but no firm announcement to report, talks continue in the US.
