Futures Close Report 30th November 18

Strategie Grains forecast EU rapeseed output at 20.0 million tonnes. That was just above an estimated 19.83 million this year, which was nearly 11 percent below the 2017 level, owing to the impact of drought.  Rapeseed area would decline particularly in Germany and France, the EU’s two largest producers.

US / China trade truce is adding support to US Soybean values – China and the US have agreed a 90 day truce in which negotiations can take place without further tariff increases.
